ARRRRRRRRRRRGH!! I am so.... argh! I can't believe this farce. I now officially hate Lenovo because of this, this, this, this, this, this, this, and finally this. And now THIS:

Please provide us with the rebook order or replacement order number for our returns team to initiate the return.
In other words, I have been approved to return my broken laptop that they already "fixed" as long as I FIRST buy ANOTHER one of their broken laptops. Bull! I refuse! I WILL NOT buy a Lenovo computer EVER AGAIN. EVER! You cannot PAY ME to take another one of these worthless computers.
Fhew... ok. Calm down. I gave them a little call. I was surprised that I was controlled enough to not use any swear words, but I made it quite clear that I was pissed off. I was eventually transferred to the "Executive Team". I told the lady the whole drama as calmly as I could and she said that she'd review the case and get back with me tomorrow. I'm OK with that as long as she works with me and allows me to return this POS for a full refund. Anything else is a scam. Period.
By the way (to much rejoicing of Frith and El Clinto), I'm getting a Mac. That's right.
